Refund Policy
Welcome to SelfLift! We want you to be happy with your purchase — but we also run a dropshipping business, which means some of our refund and return processes are a little different than a traditional retailer. Please read this policy carefully to understand how refunds and returns work at our store.
1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.

After that, we may have already forwarded the order to our supplier, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

If cancellation is possible, any refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Change of Mind / “Buyer's Remorse”

If you simply change your mind after receiving the product, you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery (or within [X] days, depending on what you decide).

Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and all accessories included.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Email us at selflift.business@gmail.com with photos (and a description) clearly showing the issue.

Once we verify the problem, you can choose between:

A full refund, or
-
A replacement (we will resend the product, if available).

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at selflift.business@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos, if relevant.

For return shipments, we ask that you use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt/tracking number.
5. Refund Processing

We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. (This may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)

Refunds will be made to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Store Credit / Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, you may opt for store credit (valid for 12 months) or an exchange, if available.

Store credit may be a good option for non-defective returns, as it helps keep costs down (especially with international suppliers).
7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame:

Check your bank / payment provider account.

Contact your payment provider (sometimes there’s a delay on their side).

If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, email us at selflift.business@gmail.com and we’ll investigate.

8. European / EEA Customers

Because we may serve customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws, such as the right to withdraw from a purchase (usually within 14 days).

You will be informed of these rights at the point of purchase.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery, and we will process it as soon as possible.
