Welcome to SelfLift! We want you to be happy with your purchase — but we also run a dropshipping business, which means some of our refund and return processes are a little different than a traditional retailer. Please read this policy carefully to understand how refunds and returns work at our store.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.

  • After that, we may have already forwarded the order to our supplier, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
