We want you to be happy with your purchase — but we also run a dropshipping business, which means some of our refund and return processes are a little different than a traditional retailer. 1. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.
After that, we may have already forwarded the order to our supplier, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
If cancellation is possible, any refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and all accessories included.

For return shipments, we ask that you use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt/tracking number.
